With its unique attributes, it embodies the soul of handcrafted Kansa in both form and function. - Material: Handbeaten Kansa (Bell Metal) - 78% Copper + 22% Tin [Large](https://karigarcompany.com/products/aukhuma-bela-handi-large?hsLang=en) [Medium](https://karigarcompany.com/products/aukhuma-bela-handi-medium-5.5?hsLang=en) [Small](https://karigarcompany.com/products/aukhuma-bela-handi-small-4?hsLang=en) ###### Embrace Irregularities ###### Care for your Kansa Each Kansa creation is a masterpiece, bearing the hallmarks of artisanal craftsmanship. Embrace the variations and subtle differences in size and weight as they reflect the soul of our products, not defects. Initially, Kansa bears a distinctive black residue, a hallmark of Odisha's handcrafted artistry. Safe and edible, this residue will fade over time. To prevent stains on lighter surfaces, use a small coaster and enjoy the unique beauty of this traditional craft. Kansa, unlike Copper & Brass, doesn't react to sour or acidic foods. It's renowned as the Healthiest Metal since Vedic times. \*Handle your Kansaware bit delicately, as it is a britle metal. \*Regular cleaning is effortless: Soak a soft sponge in tepid water, apply any mild dish washing liquid and gently rub your vessel clean. Immediately follow with a gentle wipe with a soft cloth & thorough drying. \*Marks are normal: Incase of a mark or to regain that enduring gleam, clean with a metal shining powder or follow the traditional tamarind method once a month. # Rooted in Tradition, Crafted for Modern Living [![Karigar](https://karigarcompany.com/hs-fs/hubfs/raw_assets/public/Karigar_July2024/images/Karigar-logo.png?width=180&height=80&name=Karigar-logo.png "Karigar")](https://karigarcompany.com/?hsLang=en) - [![insta](https://7088323.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/7088323/Karigar_June2024_Do_Not_Delete_Santosh_Sir/images/insta.png)](https://www.instagram.com/karigar_company) - [![facebook](https://karigarcompany.com/hubfs/Karigar_July2024/images/facebook2.png)](https://www.facebook.com/share/q2x4CjS8d7LemufC/?mibextid=LQQJ4d) - [![Pintrest](https://karigarcompany.com/hubfs/Karigar_July2024/images/Pintrest_Icon.png)](https://in.pinterest.com/thekarigarcompany/) - Links - [Home](https://karigarcompany.com) - [Our Story](https://karigarcompany.com/our-story) - [Kansa - Kalinga's Gold](https://karigarcompany.com/kansa-kalingas-gold) - [Packaging & Sustainability](https://karigarcompany.com/packaging-sustainability) - [Customer Guide](https://karigarcompany.com/faqs) - [Contact](https://karigarcompany.com/contact) - [Swarn by Karigar Company (Curated Dinner Sets)](https://karigarcompany.com/swarn-collection) - [Collections](https://karigarcompany.com/collections) - [Ka Classic](https://karigarcompany.com/classic-collection) - [Ka Lehar](https://karigarcompany.com/leher-collection) - [Ka Contemporary](https://karigarcompany.com/contemporary-collection) - [Ka Accessories](https://karigarcompany.com/accessories) - [Collectives - Other Metals/Materials](https://karigarcompany.com/collective) - [Shunya](https://karigarcompany.com/shunya-collection) #### Quick Links - [Request a Quote](https://karigarcompany.com/request-a-quote) #### Contact Us - Mobile: [+91 958 220 0710](tel:+919582200710) - Email: [info@karigarcompany.com](mailto:info@karigarcompany.com)[mailto:thekarigarcompany@gmail.com](mailto:thekarigarcompany@gmail.com) © 2026 Karigar Company.
